Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment

An environmental site assessment (ESA) is a procedure meant to identify and report issues and liabilities a site may have. ESA’s are an important component of being proactive in your loss prevention as a potential property buyer. The assessment allows for minor issues to be caught, prepared and/or dealt with before they become major issues. We offer ESAs to all potential property buyers in Western Canada. Book one with us today to avoid potential liabilities in your property purchase!
